CERAMICS

The main topic of my ceramic work is “beauty in depth”. Things in life are like this: appearing humble at the first glance, hidden treasure discovered when getting to know it more. All we need to do is to spend time to discover its treasures in depth. “I hope my pieces can nourish your life—through senses of taste, sight, touch, or thought.” Please use it, play with it, or arrange them as decorative elements that create a soulful corner in your home. Let them inspire you to fully appreciate every moment of life.

EXHIBITIONS

The Other Side of Everyday

This is a set of cups designed to be used upside down. Each base is shaped like another cup rim, so when you flip it over, it transforms into a new, usable vessel—with a different form and perspective. This design challenges the idea of fixed function and reflects the layered nature of life—many things take on new roles when seen from a different angle.

From Sky to Soil: Eternal Gratitude

“Having lived in New York and bustling cities for over 20 years, while enjoying city life, there is always a soft yearning for solitude, for the simplicity of nature to be the only companion. This collection reflects that: ‘Beneath the vast sky, the sun, moon, and stars rise and set each day. Plants grow, creatures thrive. Chicken gives life to their little ones, while beneath the soil, the earth’s minerals flourish. Everything in harmony, bringing forth an endless cycle of life. Cherish it! This beauty all around us!’
